Policy

1.What are my options should the product I ordered be damaged during shipment?
Since damage during shipment is not the fault of our customers, we will give them the following options:

  • You may return the item and we will ship you a new item.
  • You may elect to receive credit towards purchase of another item.
  • You may elect to receive a payment refund upon return of the damaged item.

2. Can a purchased item be cancelled?
An order can be cancelled if the order has not been shipped.

1. What major credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discovery.

2. Do you accept personal checks?
Yes, we accept personal checks; however, your order will not be shipped until your check clears. It typically takes 2-3 days for your check to clear.

Products

1. Do you carry the products in colors other than what is listed?
No, we only carry the colors listed on our website. Our website is updated as soon as new colors arrive for a particular product.

How can I be assured that your products are of the highest quality?
Our products are JPMA certified. Our mattresses are 100% bedbug free and comply with Federal Standard Flammability Standard 16 CFR 1633
