- Pull the front railing towards you all the way.
- Lock the safety latch at the bottom of each side rail - this safety feature prevents the crib from folding in.

- From the play yard position, lift the base and slide up into center position - making this position a portable crib.
Changing Table
- From portable crib position, lift the base and slide it up to the last slot - making this position a changing table.
